Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time is 16:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is 10:00 on departure day.
Maximum Occupancy
- Maximum of 8 guests permitted in the rental at any time, including children.
- Overnight guests not included on the reservation are not allowed.
Rental Rates & Fees
- Rental rates are dynamic and based on the dates of your stay The nightly/weekly rate will be clearly displayed after selecting your desired check-in and check-out dates
- Rates are subject to change until a reservation is made
- Cleaning Fee: 1500 DKK per stay
- Once you submit your desired travel dates, a total rental rate quote including fees will be provided
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus a 400 DKK fee
- Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus a 400 DKK fee
House Rules
- No smoking inside the home
- No parties or events without prior approval
Cleaning & Damages
- Property must be left in same condition as arrival
- Excessive cleaning required will incur additional fees
- Please inform us about any damages as these are covered by our insurance
WiFi Access
- Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided for guests' use
- The WiFi network name and password will be provided upon check-in
- Excessive bandwidth usage or illegal downloads are not permitted
- No responsibility is taken for WiFi outages or connectivity issues
- Guests are responsible for protecting their personal data when using the WiFi network
Emergencies
- Contact emergency services by calling (+45) 112 for life-threatening emergencies to access police, ambulance and fire brigade services
- For police, when it’s not an emergency, call (+45) 114.
- In case of injuries or sudden illness, call (+45) 1813 to speak to a nurse or doctor, or to go to a hospital emergency department

Liability Waiver
- The rental party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any losses or damages caused by rental party.
